Full course description

Testifying in court is a challenging experience even for competent workers. Therefore, the goal of this training is to provide workers with the knowledge necessary to meet various judicial standards in their testimonies as it is used to protect and serve children. This training is targeting workers who have already gone through their mandatory introductory training, so it builds on their basic knowledge on legal proceedings in child welfare system. As it enhances their skills when testifying in court, mastery of the skills to be a competent witness can be only achieved through constant application in the court environment.
